Foundation Damage Solutions
Installing piers under your foundation may be needed to stabilize and correct the settling foundation. Piers are driven into the bedrock under your home, taking the weight of your foundation off of the compromised expansive soils and shifting the weight onto the pier system.
Bedrock is a solid rock surface underneath of the soil. Driving the piers down to bedrock insures a much stronger surface for your foundation.
Typically, your foundation can be braced to prevent further inward wall movement and prevent serious foundation issues. A foundation wall can be braced with steel I-beams that are attached to the floor joists and basement floor in your home. This is a great option to keep your foundation wall from moving.
